Why is the status shown as completed but I haven't received the amount?
The most important thing is not reading the Terms of Service, not reading the service description, or not viewing the correct link example.
If the status shows "Completed" but you haven't received any payments, this could be due to:
1. You didn't make the link public, blocked the visibility of the link, or the post link was removed or redirected.
2. You entered the wrong link or the wrong type of link. For example:
— You purchased a Facebook post likes service but entered your page link (the system couldn't give you likes).
— You purchased a Facebook page follower service but entered your personal Facebook link.
— You ordered viewers for a Facebook live stream but entered the wrong link as specified in the service description.
— Some services don't support mobile links beginning with "m" or "web," such as https://m.facebook.com. You must replace "m" with "www." e.g., https://www.facebook.com.
3. This includes repeating purchases of the same link, such as using the IG follower booster service with ABC link and purchasing more followers for ABC link while your previous order hasn't been completed. Or you're using more than one server at the same time for the same link.

What is the "Cancel and Partial Refund" status?
The "Cancelled and Partial Refund" status is when we partially refund the remaining balance of an order. Sometimes,
for some reason, the system is unable to fulfill the full order placed by the customer. Therefore, we refund the remaining balance, based on the actual amount not yet received.
Example: You purchase an item with a quantity of 10,000 likes and a cost of 300 baht. Suppose the system only delivers 9,000 likes.
The remaining 1,000 likes are either unable to be delivered or are suspended. The system then calculates the actual order amount and refunds you the remaining 1,000 likes.
(To calculate the amount based on likes, divide the amount ordered by the number of likes purchased. This equals the result, multiplied by the remaining balance. For example, 300/10,000 = 0.03 x 1,000 = 30 baht.)
What is splitting the balance?
Split Orders is a service that allows you to gradually increase your Likes based on your desired amount over time.
For example: You want 1,000 likes on your Instagram post, but you also want 100 likes every 30 minutes. You would enter:
Link: Your Post Link
Volume: 100
Implications: 10 (You will get 10 likes, 100 each. After 10 likes, the post will equal 1,000 likes. If you want 2,000 likes, you would enter 20 likes, etc.)
Period (minutes): 30 (because you want 100 likes every 30 minutes. If you want 60 minutes every hour, enter 60 minutes.)
Note: Do not order more than the maximum amount listed in the service description (Volume x Implications).
For example, if the maximum service is 4,000, you would not enter Quantity: 500 and Implications: 10, because the total amount would be 500 x 10 = 5,000, which is greater than the maximum (4,000).
Also, do not enter a time interval lower than the specified start time (some services require 60 minutes to start). Do not enter an interval lower than the service start time. Otherwise, your order will be failed and we will not be able to refund you.)
How can I top up the discounted amount?
Requesting a Top-Up for Guaranteed Services
Services eligible for a top-up will be listed in the service description, specifying whether or not a top-up is guaranteed.
We guarantee a top-up if the total decreases by more than 10% of the order quantity.
Start Quantity + (Order Quantity - 10%) = If your current amount is lower than this result, you can request a top-up.
If your current amount is less than the start quantity displayed, we will not request a top-up, as it is an old amount that was previously reduced before the top-up.
The guarantee period is counted from the order date or the date the order was created.
Open a ticket. Select the subject: Order - Enter the order number - Select the topic: Top-Up Request.

What should I do if the cancel/top up button doesn't work?
The Cancel or Refill button triggers a call to cancel or restock an order. It doesn't work immediately.
It's just a trigger. Sometimes, it can take too long to stop the order.
Some orders may not even require a restock.
Will buying likes get my page banned?
